TradeTonic(“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email & account data. When you sign up, request beta access, or subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and any name or profile details you provide. Authentication is managed through Supabase Auth, including sign-in with Google where you choose that option.

Billing data. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store subscription tier, status, and billing identifiers — not full payment card numbers, which remain with Stripe.

Usage data. We collect how you interact with the platform, such as saved plays, learning progress, scanner preferences, and feedback you submit.

Analytics & technical data. We use analytics services (including Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand traffic, performance, and feature usage. We also collect device and browser information, IP address, log data, and cookies or local storage used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
• Send service updates, security notices, and support responses
• Measure product performance and usage through analytics
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We rely on trusted providers to operate TradeTonic:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Analytics providers — aggregated usage and performance metrics
• Market data providers — options quotes and related market information

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We share only the information necessary for each service to function.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
